建筑业的发展正经历着市场化、产业化、信息化的变革过程,BIM作为信息化时代的新产物,在施工的各阶段均可以发挥很大的效能,将它应用于工程建设实施的全过程中,可以实现工程项目精细化管理,提高经济效益,这为推动建筑企业转型升级发展提供了有力的技术支撑。本文从BIM技术在建筑企业中的应用趋势入手,对BIM在建筑企业工程项目管理中的应用进行分析,并以工程实例论证BIM技术助力建筑企业转型升级的实施策略和应用效益。
