关于儿童鼓膜穿孔修补的理想方法仍有争议。该文报告２８例（３至１６岁）儿童于门诊全麻下行两耳脂肪移植鼓膜成形术。病例选择标准为两耳紧张部干性中央性穿孔不超过２５％。穿孔持续３个月以上，两耳听阈不超过２０ｄＢ，无听骨及乳突病变及无鼓膜置管。用１％利多卡因肾上
The ideal method of perforation repair in children is still controversial. This article reports 28 children (aged 3 to 16 years) undergoing total eardrum lipoplasty with tympanoplasty under general anesthesia. Case selection criteria for the two ears tight central perforation does not exceed 25%.
