晋安监职监字[2013]12号各市安全生产监督管理局,有关企业:为深入贯彻落实《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》、《建设项目职业卫生“三同时”监督管理暂行办法》(国家安全生产监督管理总局第51号令)精神,预防、控制和消除建设项目可能产生的职业病危害,进一步加强和规范我省建设项目职业病防护设施建设的监督管理,结合我省实际,制定了《山西省建设项目职业卫生“三同时”监督管理暂行实施意见》,现予以印发,请认真贯彻落实。
Supervisory Office of the Supervisory Staff of Jin’an [2013] No.12 Municipal Production Safety Supervision and Administration Departments and Relevant Enterprises: In order to thoroughly implement the Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Occupational Diseases Law of the People’s Republic of China and Occupational Health of Construction Projects, (State Administration of Work Safety Decree No. 51) to prevent, control and eliminate the possible occupational hazards of construction projects to further strengthen and regulate the construction of occupational disease prevention facilities in our province construction supervision and management, combined with the actual situation in our province, formulated the “ Shanxi Construction Project Occupational Health ”three simultaneous “ supervision and management of the Interim Implementation Opinions ”, is to be issued, please conscientiously implement.
