本文通过对贵州省A县和B县县人民医院的员工招聘成效进行对比实证研究,从员工招聘系列工作对招聘成效影响的视角分析,得出贵州A县县人民医院员工招聘相关工作对招聘成效影响不显著,而B县县人民医院员工招聘成效较显著。分析得出是否做好招聘的系列工作是造成这种差异的重要原因之一。
In this paper, a comparative study of the effectiveness of staff recruitment in People’s Hospital of County A and B County in Guizhou Province from the perspective of the effect of staff recruitment series on recruitment effectiveness, draw the conclusion that the recruitment of staff in A County People’s Hospital of Guizhou Province The impact is not significant, and B County People’s Hospital staff recruitment more significant results. Analysis of whether to do a good job of a series of jobs is one of the important reasons for this difference.
