全国鼠疫防治工作座谈会暨全国鼠疫布氏菌病防治地基成立大会于1988年3月26日至28日在吉林省白城市召开。卫生部副部长何界生出席大会并讲话。卫生部地方病防治局局长张义芳主持会议。参加这次会议的有21个省、自治区、直辖市鼠防专业所(站)和部分省、自治区卫生厅、地病办的负责同志;中央有关部门、单位和解放军的代表;卫生部地方病专家咨询委员会鼠疫、布氏菌病专家咨询组成员。吉林省副省长刘希林、吉林省顾委副秘书长张友以及该省卫生厅、白城地委、行署、人大、政协、纪委和白城市的负责同志出席了开幕式。经卫生部批准,决定在吉林省地方病第一防治研究所的基础上建立全国鼠疫布氏菌病防治基地,隶属吉林省卫生厅领导,在业务上接受卫生部地方病防治局领导。全国鼠疫布氏菌病防治基地的任务是:(1)承担全国鼠疫、布氏菌病防治和监测工作的技术指导;(2)协助卫生部拟定鼠疫、布氏菌病防治规划及有关法规;(3)协助卫生部组织全国鼠疫、布氏菌病流行病学调查、综合考察和考核验收;(4)协助各地判定疫情和处理紧急疫情;(5)承担全国鼠疫、布
National Symposium on Plague Prevention and Control and Establishment of Foundation for Prevention and Treatment of Plague of Plague in the People’s Republic of China On March 26-28, 1988, Baicheng City was held in Baicheng City, Jilin Province. Vice Minister of Health He Jiesheng attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhang Yifang, director of the endemic disease prevention and control bureau of the Ministry of Health, presided over the meeting. With the approval of the Ministry of Health, it was decided to establish a national base for the prevention and treatment of brucellosis in the country based on the First Institute for Prevention and Treatment of Endemic Diseases in Jilin Province. It is under the leadership of the Ministry of Health of Jilin Province and is under the leadership of the endemic disease prevention and control bureau of the Ministry of Health.
