各省、自治区、直辖市建委(建设厅),计划单列市建委(建设局),国务院有关部门,总后营房部,新疆生产建设兵团: 按照建设[1999]9号文件《关于开展换发建筑工程设计资质证书工作的通知》的总体部署,第一批换证工作已基本结束。在总结经验的基础上,现将第二批换证工作的有关问题通知如下,希望各有关部门能统一思想认识,贯彻从严管理的原则,严格按有关标准、规定和程序办理,认真做好第二批换发建筑工程设计资质证书的工作。
