本文探讨鼠胎肝细胞 (FLC )对环磷酰胺 (CP )诱导免疫功能低下小鼠的作用。用鼠FLC注入实验小鼠腹腔后 ,观察白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )、红细胞补体受体I型 (ECR1)、α 醋酸萘酯酶 (ANAE )等指标的变化。结果FLC组对FLC +CP组与CP组的差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。FLC可改善和恢复CP诱导免疫降低小鼠的免疫功能
This article explored the effect of murine fetal hepatocytes (FLC) on immunocompromised mice induced by cyclophosphamide (CP). After injecting FLC into the peritoneal cavity of mice, we observed the changes of IL-2, ECR1 and ANAE. Results There were significant differences in FLC group between FLC + CP group and CP group (P <0.01). FLC can improve and restore CP-induced immunity in mice to reduce the immune function
