医院档案管理是医院管理工作中最为重要的一个组成部分,随着医疗水平的提高,医院各个设施的逐步完善,其中对于医院档案管理,其工作如何为医疗、科研等更好的作出服务,是日渐发展的当下所要面对的新课题。目前,医院科学管理的基础主要是拥有一个良好的档案管理体系。本文通过分析医院档案管理中存在的某些突出问题,探索如何改变医院档案管理现状,寻找出可以提高管理水平的有效途径。
