[目的]由于嘧霉胺作用位点单一,加上连年使用和不合理的提高用药量,许多地区产生了严重的抗药性,为了延长嘧霉胺的使用寿命,降低抗药性和使用成本,研究其复配制剂。[方法]将木霉菌素和嘧霉胺2种作用机制不同的药剂进行复配,通过复配制剂的共毒系数、室内离体试验和盆栽药效评价。[结果]发现木霉菌素与嘧霉胺1∶9进行复配,共毒系数达171.1,盆栽药效比嘧霉胺单一防效高21.4%。[结论]该复配增效明显,具有推广的应用价值。
[Objective] Due to the single site of pyrimethanil and the successive years of use and unreasonable increase of dosage, serious drug resistance occurred in many areas. In order to prolong the service life of pyrimethanil and reduce the drug resistance and the cost of use, Its compound formulation. [Method] The two agents with different mechanism of action of Trichoderma spp. And Pyrimethanil were complexed. The co - toxicity coefficient, in vitro test and evaluation of pot efficacy were studied. [Result] The results showed that the co-toxicity coefficient of Trichoderma spp with pyrimethanil 1: 9 was 171.1, and the potting efficacy was 21.4% higher than that of pyrimethanil alone. [Conclusion] The compound synergism is obvious, which has the value of popularization.
