中小企业持续健康发展,需要其具有自身核心竞争力,以获得成长为规模经济的潜力,本文分析了齐齐哈尔中小企业的成长现状以及在企业发展所遇到的相关问题,针对齐齐哈尔市中小企业成长的问题,提出了应采取集群发展战略,提升企业技术创新能力,完善企业人才引进和培养机制,建立健全现代企业制度等建议,以提升齐齐哈尔中小企业的成长能力。
The sustainable and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises requires their own core competitiveness in order to gain the potential for growth to economies of scale. This article analyzes the current situation of the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in Qiqihar and the related problems encountered in the development of the enterprises. In view of the growth of SMEs in Qiqihar Issues, put forward the cluster development strategy should be taken to enhance the technological innovation capability of enterprises, improve the introduction and training of business personnel mechanisms to establish and improve the modern enterprise system and other proposals to enhance the growth capability of small and medium enterprises in Qiqihar.
