甘草酸在使用浓度为4×10~(-3)mg/ml和4×10~(-2)mg/ml时,对兔红细胞膜Ka~+-K~+ATP酶产生明显的抑制作用。其50%抑制率时的药物浓度为14.6±0.9μg/ml。抑制作用呈竞争—非竞争型混合抑制。本实验条件下测得的Ki值为2.2μg/ml。
Glycyrrhizin significantly inhibited the Ka ~ + -K ~ + ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane in the concentration of 4 × 10 ~ (-3) mg / ml and 4 × 10 ~ (-2) mg / ml. The drug concentration at 50% inhibition was 14.6 ± 0.9 μg / ml. Inhibition was competitive - noncompetitive mixed inhibition. The Ki value measured in this experiment was 2.2 μg / ml.
