试验了十五种铂和一种钯络合物对酒精酵母细胞分裂,及烟草癒伤组织生长的抑制作用。某些铂络合物对酵母细胞的抑制作用,与其毒性有近似地线性关系,但与抗癌活性无关。对烟草癒伤组织生长所有络合物均有强烈的抑制作用,但与其毒性和抗癌活性均无相关性。
Fifteen platinum and one palladium complex were tested for the inhibition of cell division of alcohol yeast and growth of tobacco callus. The inhibitory effect of certain platinum complexes on yeast cells has an approximately linear relationship with its toxicity but has nothing to do with its anticancer activity. There was a strong inhibitory effect on all the complexes of tobacco callus growth but no correlation with its toxicity and anticancer activity.
