开发二坐标简易数控为砂轮修整装置的控制系统,选用金刚石滚轮作为修整工具,为砂轮成形修整开拓了新途径,也为成形磨削奠定了基础。目前国内成形磨削设备绝大部分仍然是工具磨床,但工具磨床存在精度低、粗糙度差、效率低、操作不方便等缺点,所以远远不能满足模具、工具等行业的需要。现在研制出二坐标经济型数控修整装置,使其在外圆磨床、平面磨床上即可进行成形加工,以满足单件、小批及其工件变化频繁、复杂的零件加工。

Now developed a two-coordinate economic CNC dressing device to cylindrical grinding machines, surface grinders can be formed on the processing to meet the single, small batch and workpiece changes frequently complicated parts processing.
