目的:探讨主动脉窦起源室性期前收缩患者的心电图特点及导管射频消融术(RFCA)治疗的临床疗效,以及Ensite Nav X三维标测系统在RFCA中的应用。方法:在Ensite Nav X系统指引下,对8例起源于主动脉窦部的室性期前收缩患者进行电生理检查及RFCA,随访并观察近期及远期临床疗效。结果:8例患者均证实起源部位为主动脉窦并成功消融,其中2例起源于右冠窦,5例起源于左冠窦,1例起源于左冠窦与无冠窦之间,术中及术后均未见并发症发生,术后查24 h动态心电图,显示室性期前收缩次数降低至术前(1.87±0.72)%。结论:Ensite Nav X系统指引下导管RFCA治疗主动脉窦起源室性期前收缩安全有效。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of electrocardiogram (ECG) and the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) in patients with ventricular premature contractions originating from the aortic sinus and the application of Ensite Nav X three-dimensional mapping system in RFCA. Methods: Under the guidance of Ensite Nav X system, 8 cases of ventricular premature contractions originated from the aortic sinus were examined by electrophysiological examination and RFCA. The clinical effects were observed and evaluated in the short and long term. Results: All of the 8 patients were proved to have the origin of the aortic sinuses and successfully ablated. Among them, 2 cases originated from the right coronary sinus, 5 from the left coronary sinus, 1 from the left and right coronary sinus, No postoperative complication occurred. After 24 hours, the dynamic electrocardiogram was examined and the number of premature ventricular contractions was reduced to 1.87 ± 0.72% before surgery. CONCLUSIONS: Nasal catheter precontraction guided by Ensite Nav X system is safe and effective in the treatment of aortic sinus contractions.
