服务业小微企业是我市经济和社会发展的重要力量,占市场主体的绝对多数,在促进经济平稳较快发展、推动科技创新、促进城乡就业、增加居民收入中起着十分重要的作用。近年来,随着外部发展环境的变化,加上自身存在的一些深层次问题日渐显露,我市小微企业发展遭遇前所未有的困难,集中体现在发展难、融资难、招工难和盈利难。为帮助小微企业克服当前困难,我们要贯彻落实好支持小微企业发展的系列政策,并将创建和培育小微企业创业基地、拓宽小微企业的融资渠道、引导和支持小微企业转型升级作为今后工作重点。
Services Small and micro enterprises are an important force in our city’s economic and social development and account for the absolute majority of market players. They play an important role in promoting stable and rapid economic development, promoting scientific and technological innovation, promoting urban and rural employment and increasing residents’ income. In recent years, with the change of the external development environment and the deepening of some self-existing problems, the development of small and micro enterprises in our city has encountered unprecedented difficulties, which are characterized by difficulties in development, financing difficulties, recruitment difficulties and profit making. To help small and micro enterprises overcome current difficulties, we must implement a series of policies that support the development of small and micro enterprises, and will create and nurture small and micro enterprises (SOE) start-ups, broaden the financing channels for small and micro enterprises, and guide and support the transformation and upgrading of small and micro enterprises As the focus of future work.
