土木工程在进行项目的质量管理时,对于项目运行中的所有方面都实现了系统化的管理,而且质量方面管理的程度会决定是否最终工程的质量可以达到要求。所以,要想从本质上改变土木工程中的质量管理问题,就应该创建一个专业化的、能力强的管理队伍,从而可以在项目的设计阶段、施工的次序方面以及施工中采用的技术方面等进行有效的管理,从而就可以保证整个项目的质量。本文就对于土木工程施工中常常出现的一些问题进行了探讨,并且根据其特点采用了科学的、有效的、全面的质量管理方案,从而去保证项目顺利的实施。
