为研究安徽地方枣种质枣疯病16S rDNA序列特性,以健康及表现枣疯病症状的繁昌长枣叶片DNA为模板,克隆枣疯病植原体16S rDNA序列,获得1条1 248 bp的片段,命名为JWB-FJP1。同源性分析结果表明,JWB-FJP1属于16Sr V-B组,与重庆地方枣枣疯病植原体JWB-Xch(JQ675716)同源性最高,达到99.92%;与河北枣枣疯病植原体JWB-Hebei(GU184186)同源性最低,为67.06%,说明不同地区枣疯病植原体存在一定的生物学特异性。本研究结果为安徽地方枣种质枣疯病病原分类及其快速鉴定提供了理论依据。
In order to study the 16S rDNA sequence of jujube broomcorn jujube germplasm collected from Anhui province, the 16S rDNA sequence of the jujube baker’s pachyrhizi was cloned using the DNA of healthy and jujube-growing jujube leaves as a template to obtain a 1 248 bp fragment , Named JWB-FJP1. Homology analysis showed that JWB-FJP1 belonged to 16Sr VB group, which had the highest homology with JWB-Xch (JQ675716) of Jizyphus jujuba in Chingqing, reaching 99.92%, and JWB-Hebei (GU184186) with the lowest homology of 67.06%, indicating that there is some biological specificity in different regions of Phytoplankton. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the classification and rapid identification of jujube witches’ broom in Anhui.
