牛津教材不仅阅读量大,而且往往会出现初中阶段不需要掌握的语法现象;学生对有些阅读文章背景了解甚少;对题材的熟悉程度、文章中话语以及连续语境的相关程度掌握不够等。这些对学生的阅读速度、整体把握语篇的能力、理解作者观点和段落寓意的技巧等方面都提出了较高的要求。但是当语篇量对学生提出高要求时,部分学生对突然加大的阅读材料,即使仅一个或几个生字、词、句,也会产生畏惧心理,使之从一开始就处于“没兴趣”的被动局面。面对这种情况,我们应该采取相应的教学
