针对南疆中职生文化素质、汉语水平参差不齐的实际情况,以南疆某职高为例提出学校要主动适应学生,积极探索设立专业实验班、普通班等分层次教学的教学理念,要求学校更新教育观念,改变过去传统教学模式,通过各种有效措施克服传统教学的弊端,从而让每一个学生都在其原有的基础上得到充分的发展。
According to the actual situation of the secondary vocational school students’ cultural quality and the uneven Chinese proficiency in southern Xinjiang, this paper takes a vocational high school in southern Xinjiang as an example to propose that the school should take the initiative to adapt to the students and actively explore the teaching philosophy of setting up professional experimental classes and ordinary classes in different levels of teaching, The school renewed the concept of education, changed the traditional teaching mode in the past, and overcame the disadvantages of traditional teaching through various effective measures so that each student could fully develop on its own basis.
