目的探讨中药冲洗液对内镜鼻窦手术后疗效的影响。方法鼻内窥镜术后患者280例随机分为治疗组162例和对照组118例。治疗组用复方苍辛液A液行鼻腔冲洗,B液滴鼻;对照组用0.9%氯化钠液冲洗。疗程10周。结果对两组患者术后第10周鼻内镜检查量化评估及治愈率进行统计分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复方苍辛液能使鼻内镜术后黏膜创面修复时间缩短、手术治愈率明显提高。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal irrigating solution on the efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods 280 patients after nasal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into treatment group 162 cases and control group 118 cases. The treatment group with Compound Clozapir A liquid nasal irrigation, B liquid nose; control group with 0.9% sodium chloride solution. Treatment for 10 weeks. Results The quantitative assessment and the cure rate of endoscopic sinusoscopy at the 10th week after operation were statistically analyzed between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Compound Cimin solution can shorten the repair time of mucosal wounds after endoscopic sinus surgery, and the cure rate of operation is obviously increased.
