近年来国内同行陆续采用膀胱粘膜代尿道治疗尿道下裂取得了进展。我院从1982年以来收治先天性尿道下裂3例,均采用膀胱粘膜尿道成形一期手术,获得了满意效果。例一,周某,男,25岁。先天性尿道下裂(阴茎型)。12岁时曾在广州手术失败。阴茎无明显弯曲,尿道外口开口于阴茎腹侧距冠状沟4 cm 处,尿道外口狭窄直径0.2cm。1982年行膀胱粘膜尿道成形一期手术:①充盈膀胱②下腹部切口切取膀胱粘膜片5×2.5cm~2,膀胱置造瘘管。③沿阴茎腹侧系带两旁绕尿道外口作“Y”形切口,充分游离阴茎
