目的:观察香青兰提取物滴丸对心肌缺血大鼠血栓形成的影响。方法:大鼠灌胃给药,qd,持续5 d,末次给药后1 h后结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支复制心肌缺血的动物模型,测定二导联心电图(ECGⅡ)ST段变化;并观察对试验性血栓形成时间、血小板聚集率、全血黏度及血沉和红细胞压积的影响。结果:香青兰提取物滴丸低、中、高剂量组(90,180,360 mg.kg-1)能剂量依赖性抑制ST段升高(P<0.05或0.001),延长动脉血栓形成时间(P<0.05或0.001),抑制血小板聚集(P<0.05或0.001),抑制全血黏度及血沉的升高(P<0.05)。结论:香青兰有效部位滴丸具有明显抗心肌缺血作用,其作用机制可能与抗血栓形成和改善血液流变学有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shanqilan extract dropping pills on the thrombosis of myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods: The rats were intragastrically administrated with qd for 5 days, and the left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated for 1 h after the last administration to establish an animal model of myocardial ischemia. The changes of ST segment of two electrocardiogram (ECG) The effects on experimental thrombosis, platelet aggregation, whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hematocrit were observed. RESULTS: The low, medium and high dose drip pills of Xiangqinlan (90,180,360 mg.kg-1) could inhibit ST-segment elevation (P <0.05 or 0.001) and prolong the time of arterial thrombosis Or 0.001), inhibition of platelet aggregation (P <0.05 or 0.001), inhibition of whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (P <0.05). Conclusion: The dropping pills of the effective part of Herba Cymbidium have obvious anti-ischemic effect. Its mechanism may be related to antithrombosis and improvement of hemorrheology.
