党的十四届六中全会的《决议》中明确指出:“严格防止把经济活动中的商品交换原则引入党的政治生活和国家机关的政务活动”。这一论断具有重大的理论意义和实践意义,对当前党风建设、廉政勤政建设具有直接的指导作用。建立社会主义市场经济体制,是我国经济体制改革的重要目标。这种体制符合我党建设有中国特色社会主义的基本指导思想,有利于富国强民、实现共同富裕的理想。但是,市场经济的作用范围是有限的,不能把市场经济中的商品等价交换原则同政治原则、党性原则混为一谈。要划清二者的界限,防止把商品等价交换原则引入政治生活和国家政务活动
In the “Resolution” of the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it clearly states: “Strict prevention of the introduction of the principle of commodity exchange in economic activities into the political life of the party and the government affairs of state organs”. This conclusion is of great theoretical and practical significance and plays a direct guiding role in building the current Party style and building an honest and diligent government. Establishing a socialist market economic system is an important goal of China’s economic restructuring. This system conforms to the basic guiding principle for our party in building socialism with Chinese characteristics and is conducive to strengthening the people and strengthening the people in our country and realizing common prosperity. However, the role of market economy is limited, and the principle of equal exchange of commodities in the market economy can not be confused with political principles and party principles. It is necessary to draw a clear line between the two and prevent the principle of equal exchange of commodities from being introduced into the political life and state affairs activities
