健康是一,其它是零。在长期的生活实践中,我总结出了自己的一套另类养生法:仰天长啸法、“倒行逆施法”、白日做梦法。这三招虽说有些另类,但对我的健康很管用。我家西墙外是一片田野。当初买房时还觉得房子挨农田有些不方便,现在才发现它的好处:我每天都可以到空旷的田野里喊上几嗓子!春季,田野里生机勃勃。我站在田边,面对着绿油油的垄地,放开喉咙喊上几嗓子,或者吼几句秦腔。不管韵律,不论音调,只求喊出胸中的浊气,喊到胸间阵阵发麻为止。每每喊上几嗓子后,就觉得胸间清风浩
