陕西省延安市是西部大开发城市之一,属于红色革命旅游景区,整体经济比较落后。要使农村经济尽快发展,农民尽快脱贫致富,就必须通过职业技能培训。近几年延安市经济有了较快的发展,而职业培训事业的发展则明显滞后。要加快发展职业培训事业就必须以发展职业教育为核心、社会力量办学为补充,重点加强各县职教中心、技工学校建设和重点专业建设,盘活现有职业教育资源,对全市所有职业教育资源进行有效整合,调动社会力量办学的积极性。为了更好地促进职业院校学生就业、帮扶农民科技脱贫,推动农村经济快速发展,就要更好地加强职业技能鉴定与职业院校学生就业工作相互充分的结合。
