We attempted to study the role of HLA HLA-A, B, DRB1 and DQB1 in HIV-1 patient’s co infected with pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB). A total of 102 HIV-1 + patients co-infected with pulmonary tuberculosis and 200 healthy controls were included in HLA analysis.
