我国中等职业教育以学校教育为主,企业教育为辅,由于国家的有力支撑,近年来大批中等职业教育学校蓬勃发展起来,越来越多的中职生涌向社会。中等职业学校学生多数是初中应届毕业生,年龄偏小,对其日后所要从事的职业缺乏认识,加之他们是优越生活条件下成长的新一代,导致择业涌现出新的问题,做好学生的心理疏导,培养学生正确的择业观,帮助学生顺利就业和稳定就业率,成为中等职业院校必须重视,需要下大力气研究的一项课题。
