通过在含400 mg/L Cr6++40%硝酸溶液中浸没试验和电化学试验,发现随晶粒尺寸的减小,Cr-Ni奥氏体不锈钢晶间腐蚀敏感性随之增加,但当晶粒尺寸小于临界晶粒尺寸时,晶间腐蚀敏感性开始降低。过钝化电位数值与晶粒尺寸无直接关系,与材料本身特性有关,极化后的表面腐蚀形貌与浸没试验结果相一致。
Through immersion test and electrochemical test in 400 mg / L Cr6 + + 40% nitric acid solution, it was found that with the decrease of grain size, the susceptibility to intergranular corrosion of Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel increased. However, When grain size is less than the critical grain size, intergranular corrosion susceptibility begins to decrease. The value of over-passivation potential is not directly related to the grain size, which is related to the properties of the material itself. The surface corrosion morphology after polarization is consistent with the immersion test results.
