因旅行社行业单个部门人才需求量少,在与旅行社专业与多家企业的订单式人才培养模式的模索中,以现最缺的计调与外联岗位订单式培养人才模式为例,研究传统模式运作下专业课程的教学已不能满足订单式培养模式的企业要求,迫切需要对旅行社的专业课程进行改革。本文以计调外联业务这门课程为例,探讨如何进行有效地课程改革。
