福柯认为,在现代社会,技术型的专家无处不在,而真正具有人文情怀的知识份子却在消失。在我国高中教育阶段,裹挟着分数的高考战车碾压了学生全面发展的土壤,影响了人才培养的质量。2009年湖北省启动的高中课程改革,就是要改变高中人才培养的旧模式。我是在一种惊奇的状态下认识付全新校长的。在现实的教育语境中与高中校长交谈时,他们的兴奋点多半在高考上,对高中课程改革,一般持观望态度。而2010年的一次高中课程改革项目会议上,一位气质儒雅的校长的发言引起了我的注意,他说道,
