介绍适用于小型多用途四冲程化油器发动机的耐用型含钯催化剂的开发。根据催化剂涂层的总体结构(即采用的储氧材料)评估催化剂的催化活性。利用合成气体试验台上的点火试验,对所有被研究的新鲜催化剂配方和热老化催化剂配方的基本参数进行评定。此外,还在发动机试验台上进行催化剂样品试验,以证实其在实际使用条件下的催化活性。最后,按美国环境保护署G1排放法规,对1组颇具前景的催化剂配方进行125.0h的耐久性试验运行[1]。
Describe the development of durable palladium-containing catalysts for small, versatile four-stroke carburetor engines. The catalytic activity of the catalyst was evaluated based on the overall structure of the catalyst coating (ie, the oxygen storage material used). Using the ignition test on the synthetic gas test rig, the basic parameters of all studied fresh catalyst formulations and heat aging catalyst formulations were evaluated. In addition, catalyst samples were also tested on an engine test stand to verify their catalytic activity under actual conditions of use. Finally, a set of promising catalyst formulations were subjected to a 125.0 h durability run according to the US Environmental Protection Agency’s G1 Emissions Regulation [1].
