目的:研究氮酮对骨平巴布膏中葛根素体外透皮吸收的影响。方法:采用体外扩散池法研究单用氮酮及氮酮与其他透皮吸收促进剂复合应用时对葛根素透皮吸收的影响。结果:不同质量分数氮酮均可促进葛根素透皮吸收,氮酮与处方中的冰片和挥发油复合应用时透皮效果更好。结论:骨平巴布膏中加入5%的氮酮能够显著增加葛根素的吸收速率和吸收量。
Objective: To study the effect of Azone on transdermal absorption of puerarin in Guipingbaobu Ointment in vitro. Methods: In vitro diffusion cell method was used to study the effect of azone and Azone combined with other transdermal absorption enhancers on percutaneous absorption of puerarin. Results: Adenone with different mass fraction could promote the transdermal absorption of puerarin, and the transdermal effect was better when azone was used in combination with borneol and volatile oil in prescription. CONCLUSION: Addition of 5% Azone can significantly increase the absorption rate and absorption of puerarin.
