20个不同类型栽培大麦品种的休眠种子,用~(137)Csγ射线照射后,研究其细胞核体积与辐射敏感性的关系。实验结果表明,细胞核体积的剂量效应可用线性方程y=A+Bx拟合,幼苗生长抑制的剂量效应用方程F(D)=1-(1-e~(-?1D))~N拟合。不同类型栽培大麦的细胞核体积剂量效应差异不显著,核体积与核体积的D_(50)呈显著负相关(r=-0.8828~(**)),与幼苗生长抑制的D_(50)无明显相关。
Twenty dormant seeds of 20 cultivars of cultivated barley were used to study the relationship between nuclear volume and radiosensitivity after ~ (137) Csγ irradiation. The experimental results show that the dose effect of nucleus volume can be fitted by the linear equation y = A + Bx. The dose effect of seedling growth inhibition is fitted by the equation F (D) = 1- (1-e ~ - 1D) . There was no significant difference in the nucleolus volume dose effect between different types of cultivated barley. There was a significant negative correlation between nucleus volume and nuclear D_ (50) (r = -0.8828 **), but not with D_ (50) Related.
