[目的]建立高效液相色谱法分离测定25%氟吗啉·唑菌酯悬浮剂中有效成分含量的分析方法。[方法]使用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-醋酸溶液为流动相,在238 nm紫外条件下测定试样中氟吗啉和唑菌酯的含量。[结果]氟吗啉高效液相色谱分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为99.4%,标准偏差为0.04,变异系数为0.18%;唑菌酯高效液相色谱分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为97.5%,标准偏差为0.01,变异系数为0.15%。[结论]该方法分离效果好,精密度与准确度高,可同时快速测定氟吗啉和唑菌酯的含量。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of active ingredients in 25% flumorpholiconazole suspension concentrate by HPLC. [Method] The content of flumorph and pyraclostrobin in the sample was determined by C18 column with methanol-acetic acid as the mobile phase at 238 nm. [Result] The linear correlation coefficient of HPLC method was 0.9999, the average recovery was 99.4%, the standard deviation was 0.04 and the coefficient of variation was 0.18%. The linear correlation coefficient Was 0.9999, the average recovery was 97.5%, the standard deviation was 0.01 and the coefficient of variation was 0.15%. [Conclusion] The method has good separation effect, high precision and accuracy, and can simultaneously determine the contents of flumorph and triflate.
