为提高锅炉的效率和节约能源,对现代锅炉系统的自动化运行和管理水平提出较高要求。本文运用UNITY QUANTUM PLC和IFIX组态软件,开发自动控制软件对锅炉系统进行自动控制,利用热备冗余模块提高系统的可靠性能,从而保证系统有故障时能连续运行。组态软件IFIX具有强大的控制、监视和数据管理功能,极大方便了锅炉的可视化控制。采用以太网技术可以方便地实现设备的网络连接,实现了IFIX与PLC之间的高效通信。
In order to improve the efficiency of the boiler and save energy, the modern boiler system requires high level of automation and management. This text uses UNITY QUANTUM PLC and IFIX configuration software, develops the automatic control software to carry on the automatic control to the boiler system, utilizes the hot standby redundancy module to improve the reliable performance of the system, thus guarantees the system can run continuously when the system has the breakdown. Configuration software IFIX has a powerful control, monitoring and data management capabilities, which greatly facilitates the boiler’s visual control. Adopting Ethernet technology can realize the network connection of equipment conveniently, and realize the efficient communication between IFIX and PLC.
