以哈拉沟煤矿12201工作面为工程背景,对切顶卸压自动成巷无煤柱开采技术中顶板控制技术进行了研究。首先,利用双向聚能拉伸爆破新技术对采场顶板进行超前预裂爆破,随后通过恒阻大变形锚索加固顶板,同时采用密集单体支柱+花边梁+工字钢+钢筋网联合支护巷道,从而实现自动成巷。
Taking Halagou Coal Mine 12201 working face as the engineering background, the roof control technology in the coal pillarless mining technology of automatic topless pressure relief roadway was researched. First of all, the use of two-way energy-intensive stretch blasting new technology on the stope roof pre-cracking blasting, and then through the constant resistance large deformation of the anchor cable to strengthen the roof, while the use of dense single pillars + Lace + I-beam + Roadway protection, in order to achieve automatic lane.
