1.问:什么叫做“道路交通管理”? 答:从适应社会主义现代化建设的需要和保障行人及车辆的安全出发,对道路上的交通以维护交通秩序、保证交通安全和畅通为主要内容的管理工作,就叫做道路交通管理。国务院为这项工作还专门发布了《中华人民共和国道路交通管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)呢!可见人民政府对这事的重视了。因为它已经融会进人们的生活中啦!
