硫酸盐含量的测定,广泛应用硫酸钡重量法和比浊法。前者准确度高,但手续沉长,且只适用于高含量的样品。后者虽简便也快速,可用于微量测定,但精密度和灵敏度都相当低。原子吸水法虽也简便、快速,但仪器设备昂贵。本文以文献为基础,通过条件试验,建立了一个以偶氮氯膦Ⅲ(CPAⅢ)间接光度法测定水中微量的硫酸盐。方法简便、快速,灵敏度比较高。
Sulfate determination, widely used barium sulfate gravimetric method and turbidimetric method. The former is highly accurate but has a long procedure and is only suitable for high-content samples. The latter, although simple and fast, can be used for trace assays, but the precision and sensitivity are quite low. Although atomic absorption method is also simple, fast, but the equipment is expensive. In this paper, based on the literature, through the experimental conditions, an indirect chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ (CPA Ⅲ) spectrophotometric determination of trace sulfate in water. Method is simple, fast, high sensitivity.
