本文报道了1991年5月至1993年8月锦州口岸食品卫生与公共场所卫生监督工作情况,通过对饮食服务行业进行法律法规知识宣传及依法实施卫生监督管理,改变了口岸内食品行业与公共场所的卫生面貌,扩大了检疫机关在口岸的社会影响。实践说明了在新开口岸开展工作中,学习和宣传《检疫法》及有关卫生法规的重要性,作者并对今后工作提出几点建议。
This paper reports on the sanitation supervision of food hygiene and public places in Jinzhou Port from May 1991 to August 1993. Through the promotion of knowledge of laws and regulations in the catering service industry and the implementation of health supervision and administration in accordance with the law, the food industry and public places in the port have been changed Health outlook, expanding the social impact of quarantine authorities at the port.
