随着城镇化,全面建成小康社会目标的提出,农村现代化建设步入快车道。在少数民族村落现代化建设中,要考虑少数民族的特性。根据少数民族村落农业经济发展缓慢;社会保障不健全;公共服务资源不均;生态环境污染较严重等问题,采用民族社会工作介入少数民族村落现代化建设,民族社会工作者既是为弱势群体解决具体问题的服务提供者,又是帮助弱势群体自力更生的支持者和倡导者,还是协调和动员社会资源的争取者。
