随着我国经济的飞速发展,城市化进程不断加快,建筑工程项目也逐渐增多。在整个工程建筑中,工程管理工作十分重要,工程管理人员一定要积极应对工程管理中出现的问题,研究相应的解决对策,更好地促进我国建筑工程管理的有序进行。通过分析建筑工程管理影响因素,提出了建筑工程管理对策,以提升我国建筑工程质量,促进我国建筑工程的全面发展。
With the rapid development of economy in our country, the process of urbanization is accelerating and the number of construction projects is gradually increasing. In the entire project construction, project management is very important, project managers must actively respond to the problems in project management, study the corresponding solutions to better promote the orderly progress of construction management in China. By analyzing the influencing factors of construction project management, this paper puts forward the construction project management countermeasures to enhance the quality of construction projects and promote the all-round development of construction projects in our country.
