1月10日,临海市边防大队与一渔船船长签订了以防火为主要内容的出海船舶管理责任书。至此,该大队已与1490名船长签订了同样的责任书。
January 10, Linhai City, the border brigade and a fishing vessel captain signed a fire prevention as the main content of the ship management responsibility. So far, the brigade has signed the same letter of responsibility with 1,490 captains.
