目的评价参加全国碘缺乏病实验室外质控网络运行实验室的盐碘检测能力。方法用参考值±不确定度的方法对检测结果进行评价。结果参加考核的省级实验室全部合格;地市级实验室反馈率是99.4%,合格率是96.7%;县级实验室反馈率是100%,合格率是88.8%。结论全国3.3%的地市级实验室和11.2%的县级实验室不合格;通过几年来全国实验室网络的运行和持续的技术培训,各级实验室的检测能力有了明显的提高。
Objective To evaluate the ability of salt iodine to participate in the national laboratory of iodine deficiency disorders outside laboratory quality control network operation. Methods The test results were evaluated using the ± uncertainty method. Results All provincial labs that passed the appraisal passed the test. The feedback rate of city-level labs was 99.4% with a pass rate of 96.7%. The feedback rate of county-level labs was 100% with a pass rate of 88.8%. Conclusion 3.3% of prefecture-level laboratories in the country and 11.2% of county-level laboratories are unqualified. Through years of operation of the national laboratory network and continuous technical training, the testing capabilities of laboratories at all levels have been significantly improved.
