设计了一个带调制的可控半导体激光器功率控制系统。该系统选用高速8051系列单片机控制。介绍了单片机信号控制系统的硬件结构，并详细介绍了激光器输出功率控制和写入信号调制这两个主要功能的实现。
A controllable semiconductor laser power control system with modulation is designed. The system uses high-speed 8051 series microcontroller control. The hardware structure of SCM signal control system is introduced and the realization of two main functions of laser output power control and write signal modulation are introduced in detail.
