江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想的提出经过了十余年的酝酿思考,是新的历史时期马克思主义基本原理与中国社会主义建设实践相结合的产物。我们应该把握“三个代表”思想的科学内涵和根本要求,与时俱进,全面推进建设有中国特色社会主义的伟大事业。
After more than ten years of deliberation, Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important thinking on “three represents” has come into being. It is a product of the combination of the basic tenets of Marxism with the practice of socialist construction in China during the new historical period. We should grasp the scientific connotation and fundamental requirements of the “three represents” thinking, keep pace with the times, and comprehensively promote the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
