随着社会经济发展和企业用人需要的不断变化,我国的高校教学改革也在不断深入。目前,我国高等教育所培养的大部分人才还是以理论知识学习为主,缺乏实践动手能力,在进入企业一线工作时往往高不成低不就,一方面企业会抱怨招不到合适的人才,另一方面毕业生们又抱怨没有合适的工作可找,这里主要问题就在于人才培养模式没有跟上社会发展实际需求。而作为知识载体的教材则体现了教学内容和教学要求,是进行教学的基本工具,更是提高教学质量的重要保证。但目前国内多家高校在应用型人才培养过程中普遍缺乏合适的教材,现有的本科教材远不能满足要求。因此,如何编写应用型本科教材是培养应用型人才过程中急需解决的问题。本文主要对汽车类应用型本科教材的策划模式进行初步的探讨。
With the social and economic development and the changing needs of employers, the teaching reform in colleges and universities in our country is also deepening. At present, most of the personnel trained by higher education in our country still rely mainly on theoretical knowledge and lack of practical ability. They often fail to excel when they enter the front-line work of enterprises. On the one hand, they complain about incapacitating suitable talents. On the other hand, On the one hand, graduates complain that no suitable job can be found. The main problem here is that the personnel training mode has not kept up with the actual needs of social development. As a carrier of knowledge, teaching materials embody teaching contents and teaching requirements, and are the basic tools for teaching. It is also an important guarantee for improving teaching quality. However, at present, many universities in China generally lack suitable teaching materials in the process of training application-oriented talents. The existing undergraduate teaching materials can not meet the requirements far. Therefore, how to write applied undergraduate teaching is an urgent problem to be solved in the process of training applied talents. This text mainly carries on preliminary discussion to the planning mode of automobile applied undergraduate teaching materials.
