In order to explore the relationship between asbestos workers’ movement and blood oxygen level, the authors monitored the SaO2 (arterial oxygen saturation) before and after the exercise test on a group of asbestos workers (asbestos workers) and control group. The results showed that compared with the control group, SaO2 in asbestos workers decreased significantly after exercise (P <0.05); in the asbestos workers group, SaO2 decreased by 9.8% SaO2 decreased by 2.6% on average, while SaO2 in A0 group decreased by 1.5% on average. The decrease of SaO2 before and after exercise was negatively correlated with pulmonary function indexes such as FVC, FEV1, MVV and DLCO. Prompted asbestos workers during exercise reduced oxygen capacity, blood oxygen levels decreased, resulting in decreased exercise capacity.
