已有研究表明,在心导管检查明确为CAD者中,RNA测定的运动左室射血分数(LVEF)对心脏突发事件具有重要且独立的预后意义。本研究观察了静息及运动RNA对大样本的未行心导管检查而疑有CAD者的预后价值。方法 1978年1月1日至1984年6月30日Duke大学医学中心共有2153例患者经静息及运动RNA疑有CAD,其中943例在RNA前后各90天内未行心导管检查而被列入研究。在静息及运动终点时对每个患者采用标准首过法行RNA。检查前48小时尽量停用β阻滞剂。行坐位踏车运动试验,运动负荷从200kpm/min起始,每分钟增100kpm直至运动终点即出现心绞痛,心电图缺血性改变,严重乏力或气急,或达到预计最大心率的85%。RNA采用弹丸静注15mCi ~(99m)Tc由多晶体γ照相机采集计数,经计算机处理获得。通过信件和电话随访病
It has been reported that LVEF measured by RNA has an important and independent prognostic significance for cardiac emergencies in cardiac catheters identified as CAD. This study looked at the prognostic value of suspected CAD in patients who have not undergone cardiac catheterization of resting and motor RNA in large specimens. METHODS: From January 1, 1978 to June 30, 1984 at Duke University Medical Center, a total of 2153 patients with suspected CAD undergoing resting and motor RNA were enrolled, 943 of whom were included in the study without catheterization within and after 90 days of RNA the study. Standard resting first-line RNA was used for each patient at rest and at the end of the exercise. Try to disable beta blockers 48 hours before the test.
