本文报告了临沂地区基本消灭丝虫病后传播趋势的研究结果。证实人群微丝蚴阳性率呈逐年下降趋势,且一直维持在0.1%以下;阳性者血中微丝蚴密度最高条数1987年后已降至5条/120μl以下;基本消灭丝虫病后出生的人群未发现阳性者。蚊媒监测结果表明:淡色库蚊自然感染率由1984年的0.03%至1988年已降为零。丝虫IFAT测定,其阳性率基本消灭前出生的人群明显高于基本消灭后出生的人群,二者有显著性差异。经实验研究证实:临沂地区动物丝虫未发现感染淡色库蚊及传播给人类。据以上监测实验结果认为:该地区基本消灭丝虫病后经过进一步的监测净化,已达到阻断传播水平。
This paper reports the results of research on the transmission trends after the basic elimination of filariasis in Linyi. According to the above monitoring experiment results, it is considered that: after the basic elimination of filariasis in the area has been further monitored and purified, the level of blocking transmission has been reached.
