目的 探讨IL 1β、TNF α在糖尿病 (DM)及糖尿病肾病 (DN)中发生、发展的作用。 方法 分别观察正常组、单纯糖尿病组和糖尿病肾病组中IL 1β、TNF α含量的变化。 结果 IL 1β、TNF α在DM组和DN组中明显高于正常组 (P<0 0 1或P <0 0 5 ,也有增高趋势 ) ,在DN组中TNF α明显高于DM组 (P <0 0 1) ,IL 1β也有增高趋势。 结论 IL 1β、TNF α在DM和DN的发生、发展中起着重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the role of IL 1β and TNF α in the development and progression of diabetes mellitus (DM) and diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods The changes of IL 1β and TNFα in normal group, simple diabetic group and diabetic nephropathy group were observed. Results The levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in DM group and DN group were significantly higher than those in normal group (P <0.01 or P <0.05), and TNFα in DN group was significantly higher than that in DM group (P < 0 0 1), IL 1β also increased trend. Conclusion IL 1β and TNFα play an important role in the development of DM and DN.
